Legal and privacy
In effect from July 2026
This notice explains what personal data Skoda Capital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Skoda Capital, operated by Mihael Skoda from Cartagena, Spain, is the controller of that data. You can reach us about anything here at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only the data you choose to give us. When you use an enquiry form, that is your name, your email address or phone number, the capacity you are writing in, and any note or indicative figure you add. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
How your enquiry reaches us
Our enquiry forms do not send data to a third-party form service. When you submit one, your own email application opens with the details filled in, and you send it to us directly. We receive it as an ordinary email in Google Workspace. The website itself is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which does not process your form data.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your data for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to continue a conversation you have started with us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and, where you have asked us for investor material, the steps taken at your request before any agreement.
Where your data is held
Our email and hosting providers, Google and Cloudflare, are established in the United States and may store data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then we delete it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It sets only what the site and the enquiry form need to work. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict that use. To do any of this, write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.
Risk and legal notes
This website is for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or an invitation to buy, any security or investment, and it is not investment advice. Any investment is offered only to qualified investors, by private memorandum and formal documentation, and only where that is lawful.
Investing in private, unlisted companies puts your capital at risk. You may lose some or all of the money you commit. These holdings are illiquid and hard to sell. Each vehicle holds a single company, so there is no diversification, and returns are not guaranteed.
Any figure marked illustrative is an example, not a forecast or a promise, and past performance is not a guide to future results. Statements about future plans are intentions rather than commitments, and they may change. Please take your own legal, tax and financial advice before you commit to anything.
Skoda Capital is being formed. Once the company is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the registered legal name, address, and tax identification number, and it will be reviewed by a Spanish data-protection adviser.
