Two conversations
Built for two kinds of reader.
Owners and investors want different things from us, so we keep the conversations separate. Choose yours. Each page says plainly what we offer and what we ask.
Sell once, to someone who intends to keep it.
Most of the price in cash at completion, never a performance earn-out Your team stays. Your name stays on the door. Confidential by default, from the first email Read the owners' page → For investorsOne company at a time. We commit first.
Deal by deal. You see the company before you commit. No fee on idle capital. Carry after a preferred return. Reporting you can set a calendar by. Read the investors' page →How we work
Three things we hold to.
You deal with one person
You talk to the person who decides. From the first call to signed terms is about six weeks, not six months of committees.
We hold for the long term
There is no fund clock forcing a sale. We buy to keep, and nothing in our documents requires or rewards a sale by a fixed date.
Confidential from the first word
Every enquiry is private. Nothing reaches your staff, customers, or suppliers without your say-so.
The fit
A narrow box, honestly drawn.
A profitable business with durable demand and an owner thinking about succession. We look at hundreds of companies to buy one. If yours sits in the box, we move quickly.
Slightly outside the ranges? Still write. Durable economics and an honest situation matter more than a clean fit on every line.
The path
Three steps, plainly.
Introductory call
Twenty minutes, in confidence, with no obligation.
Indicative terms
A clear cash proposal, usually within two weeks.
Completion
Confirmatory diligence, then close. We hold from there.
e are not a blind-pool fund. There is no five-year clock forcing a sale, and no interest in stripping what you built for parts. On each deal we put our own money in first, then invite a small group of co-investors on the same terms. We buy one company at a time, and we run what we buy.
In confidence
Let us talk.
Write a few lines about your situation. You will hear back within two business days. A reply, not an autoresponder.
